We are offering a 11-month Health and Social Care (HSC) Assistant program in Malta. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in the health and social care sector. Internship Details
• During the first month, participants will work as Assistants and receive a stipend of €500 - €600
• Gain practical experience in healthcare settings, supporting patients and healthcare staff
Responsibilities
• Assist healthcare professionals in daily tasks, including patient care and administrative support
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Support in managing medical records and patient information
• Participate in training sessions and follow all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass with at least 50% marks in English
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn in a healthcare environment
Nice to Have
• Previous experience or volunteer work in health or social care
• Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols
