Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality meals for hotel guests
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage cooking staff
  • Plan and develop creative menus
  • Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed

Must Have

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef
  • Experience in hotel or fine dining establishments preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills in English or Romanian

Nice to have

  • Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Passion for experimenting with new culinary techniques
  • Familiarity with Romanian traditional cuisine
  • Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Strong attention to detail in plating and presentation
