Responsibilities
- Assist in building and repairing structures
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and site regulations

Must Have
- Age 18-55, physically fit for labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Basic understanding of construction tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
Nice to have
