Electronics Factory Worker – Albania

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented workers to join our electronics manufacturing team in Albania. This role involves assembling and installing electronic components, ensuring precision and efficiency in a structured production environment. Employees will work on a conveyor system, performing tasks such as positioning parts, installing chips and cables, and securing components with electric screwdrivers. While the job requires standing, it is not physically demanding, making it suitable for individuals with good hand coordination and attention to detail.
Both men and women up to 55 years old are welcome to apply. The role requires logical thinking, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to follow clear instructions. Work is scheduled in two shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours and weekend shifts. Before employment, all candidates must pass a basic logic and mathematics test.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install electronic components
- Position parts and secure them precisely
- Connect chips, cables, and other elements
- Use electric screwdrivers for fastening
- Maintain accuracy and meet production targets
Must Have
- Age 18-55, physically fit for standing work
- Basic mathematics and logical skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Full secondary education completed

- Prior experience in electronics assembly
