Factory Worker (Panasonic) – Pilsen, Czech Republic

Panasonic is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented workers to join our manufacturing team in Pilsen. This role involves the assembly and installation of electronic components in a fast-paced, structured environment. Employees will work on a mobile conveyor system, performing tasks such as positioning parts, installing chips and cables, and securing components using electric screwdrivers. The job is primarily standing but does not require heavy lifting, making it suitable for individuals with good hand dexterity and precision.
We welcome men and women up to 55 years old who are physically fit and capable of performing repetitive assembly tasks. The role requires logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard procedures. Employees will work in two shifts (8 hours each) from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours and Saturday shifts. All workers must pass a basic logic and mathematics test before employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
