Workers must be prepared for changing weather conditions and physically demanding activities. Men, women, and married couples up to 55 years old are welcome to apply, with senior candidates considered on an individual basis.

Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops per seasonal needs.
- Operate and maintain farming tools, machinery, and irrigation.
- Sort, grade, and pack produce while ensuring quality standards.
- Perform manual tasks like lifting and moving materials.
- Follow safety regulations, wear protective gear, and comply with laws.
Must Have
- No formal education required, but experience in farming is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced agricultural setting
- Capacity to work extended hours, including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
