Looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our hotel and hospitality team in Armenia. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high hospitality standards. Positions include front desk staff, housekeeping, restaurant servers, and kitchen assistants. Employees will be responsible for greeting guests, cleaning and maintaining hotel spaces, assisting in food service, and handling guest inquiries.
No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness in rooms and public areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Follow hospitality and safety protocols
Must Have
- Age 18-55, physically fit for the role
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow hospitality service standards
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Nice to have
