As a Truck Driver (Forklift) in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland, you will be responsible for safely handling and transporting goods within a warehouse or factory environment. You will work with modern equipment in a structured setting, ensuring the smooth movement of products used in food and non-food film production. This role requires good physical endurance, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced logistics operation.
This position offers a stable work schedule with shifts planned on a monthly basis, including night shifts. You will work Monday to Friday for 12-hour shifts, with an average of 240-250 hours per month. The role provides competitive pay of 18 PLN/hour (net), with opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to PLN 300, allowing employees to earn an average of PLN 4,500.00 per month.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods between the factory and warehouse.
- Load and unload materials efficiently.
- Operate forklifts safely within the work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory control
Must Have
- Valid forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Good physical fitness
- Experience in warehouse or factory settings is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Male candidates up to 40 years old
