Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of tires across various vehicle types, ensuring safety and peak performance. This role involves inspecting tires for wear and damage, balancing and rotating them to extend longevity, and fitting new tires as needed. Utilizing specialized tools and equipment, the Tyreman handles tires for cars, trucks, and heavy machinery while ensuring proper wheel alignment, puncture repairs, and optimal inflation for enhanced stability and fuel efficiency. Close collaboration with mechanics and fleet operators ensures timely maintenance and replacements, contributing to overall road safety and vehicle efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Tire installation, balancing, rotation, and repair for all vehicles
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and pressure
- Operate tire-changing tools with precision
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires
- Ensure a safe, organized workshop
Must Have
- 2+ years’ experience in tire fitting and repair
- Expert in tire types, treads, and inflation standards

- Expertise in wheel alignment and suspension

Nice to have
- Expertise in heavy vehicle or industrial machinery tires
- TPMS familiarity
- Experience in a fast-paced auto workshop
