As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities include welcoming patrons, taking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely service. You will provide menu recommendations, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to deliver friendly, professional service enhances the overall ambiance and customer satisfaction.
Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, you must be attentive, efficient, and adaptable. Your role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Responsibilities
- Greet patrons, present menus, and provide recommendations
- Take and relay customer orders to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Handle payments through cash, credit, or digital methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Must Have
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be trained on-site
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage
- Professional and customer-friendly demeanor
