As a welder in the Middle East, you will play a crucial role in constructing, repairing, and maintaining metal structures across various industries, including oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for executing precise welding techniques to ensure the integrity and durability of welded components. The job demands technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in challenging environments. Responsibilities

  • Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ensure welded components meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition
  • Work in compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines

Must Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in welding
  • Certification in welding techniques is an advantage
  • Familiarity with industrial-grade welding equipment
  • Ability to read and understand technical blueprints

Nice to have

  • Experience in working on offshore or desert-based projects
  • Knowledge of robotic and automated welding systems
  • Familiarity with international welding codes and standards
  • Ability to mentor and train junior welders
  • Basic understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment processes
